This is our 6th year visit to wolds edge, we always stay in the shepherds hut it’s so cosy, it has all ur amenities you need microwave, small fridge, kettle and toaster. The peace and quiet is so tranquil and it’s very relaxing, the bathroom and kitchen are separate so you have your own space it’s lovely. Sometimes you see robins, squirrels and rabbits. The chickens come and greet us every morning like a quieter alarm clock.

We stayed in one of the shepherd huts and it was amazing, it had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel really welcome and they were great with our little boy. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

What an absolute hidden gem we stayed in the fantastic treehouse it was immaculate, decorated really lovely, very cosy with everything you needed. We had a lovely weekend in and out of the hot tub admiring the countryside views would highly recommend this place. Lovely, welcoming staff and very friendly would highly recommend this place it’s absolutely idyllic

Our 4th visit to Wolds Edge, 3rd time in Deepdale Lodge. The location is set on the edge of the lovely peaceful village of Bishop Wilton in the Yorkshire Wolds and has a well stock community shop and a great pub - The Fleece Inn, both are a short stroll away from the lodges. The lodges are set in a peaceful woodland setting and are well equipped and spotlessly clean, big thank you to Ste who looks after the site. Lots to see and do in the area as well as the lovely walks in the Yorkshire Wolds, maps available in the lodge. Will definitely be going back again next year, still more walks and places to discover.

Wow. We've just had a lovely weekend in Lilydale and it was perfect in every way.
We received a warm, informative (and very funny) welcome with some tips for local trips. 
The lodge itself has everything you could need, and is modern and very clean. We loved the hot tub (very little noise pollution and virtually no noise) and got full use of it.

We’ve just come back from the most relaxing weekend at Wolds Edge Holiday Lodges, and honestly – what a find! Tucked away just outside the lovely market town of Pocklington, it’s the ideal place to switch off, slow down, and soak in the natural beauty of the countryside. The lodges are beautifully done and cater for all ages – you can really tell that no detail has been missed. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. One of our favourite little touches was being able to collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast – although don’t be surprised if they wander over to check you’re enjoying them!
