Birds & Wildlife

Fill the bird feeders with food provided. Borrow a kit and build a bird hide, count how many different types of birds you can see, go bat detecting or hunt for mini beasts at Wolds Edge.

Walks from the Door

Great walk from Bishop Wilton to the top of the hill, smashing view, take a penny to make a wish at the wishing tree and find the fairy door if you can.

Walk to the Jubilee Park, visit the pottery and rocking horse shop followed by lunch at the Carpenters Arms – Fangfoss

Go for a walk in Millington woods and along Millington Pastures. look out for bluebells and wild garlic in spring/summer and the Red Kites above your head in autumn/winter. Enjoy lunch in Millington village.

Public sessions are on offer in the School Holidays for 2-6 year olds and 6-11 year olds.
