Since we bought the small piece of land known as Wolds Edge in 2010, our aim has been to create a peaceful, sustainable holiday location where you can explore the culture, coast and countryside, or just relax and unwind.

OUR STORY

Perfect place to getaway

My partner and I had the best time, perfect place for a getaway. Surrounded by local wildlife, other villages and towns to go to as well as plenty of food spots around. The room was absolutely spot on so clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone or couples looking to enjoy some peace and quiet away.

Amazing stay, 10/10! Peace, tranquility, total relaxation! Perfect

Where do I start, this site is amazing, loved every second of our long weekend stay. The site owners are so friendly and welcoming, the site is secluded and so so quiet , it’s just perfect to switch off and relax. Everything was perfect, we had wildlife visit daily, 2 squirrels came several times a day for the nuts I had brought for them. The site has 3 hens who also visited, as well as the array of birds. I would 100% recommend this site. And we will definitely be back.

The loveliest treehouse stay

We stayed at Wolds edge in the tree house, this was absolutely beautiful, we loved our stay.
Inside the treehouse it had everything you needed and some really lovely touches, bottle of prosecco, little cakes, some dressing gowns and slippers to make gettin out the hot tub less chillier. The bed was lovely and comfy and having the electric fire was a treat and warmed the treehouse perfectly.

Another amazing stay!

Our third time at Wolds Edge with our dog and as always the Lodge was beautifully clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of birds and squirrels to see. The chickens are a lovely addition to the site and really friendly. The staff are amazing and always on hand to help and nothing is too much trouble.

Romantic breakaway

We loved our stay at Honeydale. Everything was just perfect,very peaceful and tranquil, loved the hottub. The bed was so comfortable and everything was very clean.Perfect location for visiting surrounding areas. And the local pub within walking distance, Will definitely be coming back Again

Magical Stay

We knew when we drove up we were in for a magical stay. The lodges were beautifully furnished and had everything you needed for a relaxing and quiet stay. Beds were comfy with lovely soft linens and plenty of towels. We stayed in Fairytale which was surrounded (as were all the different lodges) by trees filled with wildlife.
