Since we bought the small piece of land known as Wolds Edge in 2010, our aim has been to create a peaceful, sustainable holiday location where you can explore the culture, coast and countryside, or just relax and unwind.

Perfect for peace and tranquility

What a lovely time we had. We slept so well and felt fully refreshed. The lodge was beautifully prepared, with thoughtful additions. What a lovely tranquil place to spend some special time. I was particularly impressed with the information book which was very well laid out and included some thoughtful additions to stays I have had elsewhere. The lodge was spotlessly clean and the hot tub and big bath a real treat. Thank you.

Loved it!

We recently stayed in the tree house and loved it. We received a very warm welcome, and the tree house was lovely to stay in, very peaceful. We had ordered breakfast but there were other items left for us including prosseco and biscuits which we had not been expecting, but much appreciated. The village itself is really pretty and everyone we passed wished us a good morning. Lots of walks to choose from and a pub to have lunch/evening meal in which we enjoyed. We will definitely book again.

The loveliest treehouse stay

We stayed at Wolds edge in the tree house, this was absolutely beautiful, we loved our stay.
Inside the treehouse it had everything you needed and some really lovely touches, bottle of prosecco, little cakes, some dressing gowns and slippers to make gettin out the hot tub less chillier. The bed was lovely and comfy and having the electric fire was a treat and warmed the treehouse perfectly.

Luxury, romantic break

My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary in Lilydale Lodge. The lodge was absolute luxury with everything you could possibly need and more. The hot tub was amazing, bath robes and slippers provided were very useful for getting in and out. Communication from beginning to end was excellent, nothing was too much trouble!

Perfect break from the everyday hectic life

This was the second stay at the Lily Dale lodge and we really enjoyed it. The lodge was spotless and we felt at home straight away again. We love the layout inside and the fact that it's very quiet and therefore really relaxing. Just the right thing to switch off from the day-to-day routine. Found new friends as well when we met Mabel I, Mabel II and Mabel III (<- Heidi for the time being :-) ), the Wolds Edge chickens.
